We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager (Wedding & Social Event) to lead our dedicated sales team and drive revenue through the planning and execution of luxurious weddings and exclusive social gatherings.
As a Sales Manager, you will be the face of our wedding and event operations, working closely with high-net-worth clients and corporate partners to transform their visions into reality. You will leverage the hotel's 5-star accommodations and sweeping Bundaran HI views to create bespoke experiences that exceed expectations. If you possess a strong commercial acumen, an eye for detail, and a flair for luxury hospitality, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue from weddings, galas, and corporate social events.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales coordinators and banquet staff to ensure high-performance standards.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, B2B sales, and relationship management.
- Conduct high-level site inspections and exclusive presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate complex contracts and manage budgets to ensure profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate seamlessly with culinary, audio-visual, and housekeeping departments to guarantee flawless event execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain our competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on weddings and social events within the luxury hotel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a significant plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
