- Develop and execute comprehensive wedding sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing wedding clients
- Conduct venue tours and presentations showcasing wedding packages and facilities
- Collaborate with event planning teams to coordinate seamless wedding experiences
- Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts with high-value clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate client relationship records in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality or wedding events industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client acquisition goals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of wedding trends, client preferences, and venue operations
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
