Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking to lead a dynamic team in the manufacturing sector? PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting our client in their search for a dedicated Sales Manager (Wood Manufacturing). This is an excellent opportunity to drive business growth and strategic sales initiatives within a leading wood manufacturing company located in the vibrant region of Demak, Jawa Tengah.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and optimizing our sales processes. We are looking for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take charge of our sales operations in the Central Java area. This is a full-on-site role (WFO), requiring your active presence to lead, strategize, and connect with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically tailored to the wood manufacturing and furniture industry.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and distributors in the Demak and Central Java regions.
- Coordinate closely with the production and logistics departments to ensure seamless customer service and delivery execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budget proposals for senior management review and approval.
- Drive negotiations and close high-value deals to contribute to the company's bottom line.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the wood, furniture, or manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and distribution channels in Jawa Tengah.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
