As a Sales Mandarin Speaker, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships, handling sales inquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets. You will also assist in translating technical and commercial documents, ensuring accurate understanding between parties. Tanggung Jawab
- Communicate effectively with Chinese clients and partners to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in the full sales cycle, including lead generation, quotation preparation, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Translate business correspondence, technical specifications, and meeting notes from Chinese to Indonesian and English.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and company meetings to represent PT Aucma Indonesia Electrical professionally.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (any level is acceptable; willingness to improve is highly valued).
- Fluent in Indonesian and good proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Background in sales, customer service, or the electrical industry is a significant advantage.
