Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of potential clients in the automotive sector.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with prospective business partners and clients.
- Coordinate closely with internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Represent PT SUNRISE WHEEL INDONESIA at industry trade shows and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, or import-export industry.
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
