Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional personalized service to Mandarin-speaking customers, guiding them through our premium cigar portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing expert product knowledge and relationship-building techniques.
- Educate clients on the heritage, aging process, and flavor profiles of various Habanos brands.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to ensure a luxury atmosphere at all times.
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring the humidor conditions are optimal.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support in-store events and promotional activities for the Mandarin-speaking market.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain detailed customer records in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory to assist our core demographic.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a similar sales-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills in English to coordinate with the internal team.
- A genuine interest in or knowledge of premium cigars and luxury lifestyle products.
- Excellent grooming standards and a professional demeanor suitable for a high-end retail setting.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, fast-paced team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
