Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the target market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Providing excellent after-sales support and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
- Gathering market intelligence and reporting on sales performance.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (Native or Business Proficiency).
- Good command of Indonesian and English (Business level preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driving license is required.
