Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for marine and protective coating products in Batam region
- Manage end-to-end tender processes including proposal preparation and contract negotiation
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts in shipyards, marine construction, and industrial sectors
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with technical team to provide customized coating solutions and product demonstrations
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for regional management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in marine, industrial, or construction coatings
- Proven track record of managing tender processes and procurement cycles
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex technical sales deals
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with marine industry standards (NORSOK, IMO, etc.) is advantageous
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel within Batam industrial zones as required
