Pacific Paint is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marine & Protective Coating Specialist to join our team in Sulawesi Selatan. As a leading provider of high-quality marine and protective coatings, we are looking for a candidate who can effectively bridge the gap between our premium products and the industrial and shipping sectors in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from identifying potential leads and managing tenders to closing deals and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while expanding our market presence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth for marine and protective coating products in the Sulawesi region.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, from submission to negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the marine and industrial sectors.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Coordinate with technical teams to provide accurate product specifications and solutions to clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Represent Pacific Paint at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Marine), Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the coating, paint, or chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of marine and protective coating technologies, specifications, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Sulawesi region.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with tender management processes and construction/shipbuilding projects.
