Join our dynamic team as a Sales & Market Development Representative at Kokoro Petcare! This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in Malaysia's growing pet care industry. You'll be the face of our innovative pet products, building meaningful relationships with veterinary clinics across Penang. Your mission is to educate clinic professionals about our premium offerings, drive product adoption, and expand our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular visits to veterinary clinics to promote Kokoro Petcare products and services
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with veterinary professionals and clinic staff
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clinic personnel on proper usage and benefits
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territory
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Prepare detailed sales reports and provide actionable feedback to the management team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in veterinary or pet care industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout Penang
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field
