Are you a passionate professional with a love for animals and a drive for sales excellence? Kokoro Petcare is seeking a dynamic Sales & Market Representative to join our team in Johor. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, visiting veterinary clinics and pet care facilities to build long-term partnerships and drive the adoption of our high-quality pet products.
We are looking for a results-oriented individual who excels in relationship management and territory development. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market footprint, educating veterinary staff on our product benefits, and ensuring our brand remains the preferred choice in the pet healthcare industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute regular visits to veterinary clinics and pet care centers within the Johor region.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with veterinarians, clinic staff, and business owners.
- Conduct professional product presentations and training sessions to showcase the value of Kokoro Petcare products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and account management.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to the management team.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database of all client interactions and sales progress.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (FMCG or veterinary/pet industry experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for travel within Johor.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing a designated territory.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
