We are a creative design and branding agency based in Tangerang, Banten, dedicated to helping businesses stand out through compelling visual identities. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Marketing professional to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our agency and potential clients. You will identify and reach out to new business opportunities, present our design & branding services, and build lasting relationships. You will also collaborate closely with our design team to ensure smooth project execution from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek and acquire new customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, social selling, etc.).
- Present and promote our design and branding services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
- Manage client communications, gather requirements, and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients for our design and branding services.
- Present and pitch customized solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and needs analysis.
- Collaborate with the internal design team to align client expectations with project deliverables.
- Track sales activities, manage CRM data, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in creative/agency services is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with design and branding concepts is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
