Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics to track progress against KPIs.
- Collaborate with the operations and hospitality teams to align marketing efforts with service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM software).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
