Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve clinic revenue targets.
- Proactively approach potential clients and promote our aesthetic services and products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty.
- Conduct professional consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate clinic treatments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the medical and front-desk team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in marketing events and social media activities to enhance brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Marketing, Communication, or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to learn about aesthetic products and clinic procedures.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Makassar.
