Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present and promote the company's products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional follow-up and relationship management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand objectives.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other promotional events to boost brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
