Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and digital ad platforms.
  • Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Support lead generation efforts by following up with inbound inquiries and qualifying prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and promote company events, webinars, and product launches.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
