- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate sales activities and promotional campaigns to meet quarterly targets.
- Assist in executing digital marketing strategies, including social media management and content creation.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and performance dashboards to management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the hotel operations team to align marketing efforts with guest experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid government ID and a portfolio of previous work or projects.
