Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings with potential clients to introduce our service offerings.
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness in the Metro Manila area.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and account growth.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
