Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective field sales strategies to expand J&T Express's market presence in the La Union area.
- Proactively identify and prospect new corporate and individual clients to grow the company's customer base.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and service satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits and field market research to gather competitor insights and identify new business trends.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to the specific logistics needs of potential partners.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and address client feedback promptly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management (logistics experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with diverse clients.
- High level of energy, self-motivation, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned region in La Union.
- Proficiency in basic office software and sales tracking tools.
