PT Sentosa Cemerlang Niaga Abadi is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing professional specializing in the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) sector to join our team in Bandung. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to drive brand growth and expand our distribution network within the vibrant Bandung culinary and hospitality market.
As our Sales Marketing Representative, you will operate in a remote capacity, providing you with the flexibility to manage your territory effectively while maintaining high performance standards. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Horeca industry, a strong track record in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Horeca sector across Bandung.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, and cafe chains.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and procurement managers.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales tactics.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or Horeca industry.
- Deep understanding of the Bandung hospitality and culinary business landscape.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote work environment efficiently.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle for client visits when required.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
