As our Sales Marketing representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers, and ensuring our concrete solutions meet the evolving needs of the Indonesian construction sector. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve target revenue for concrete and precast products.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with construction firms, real estate developers, and government contractors.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations and quotations to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of concrete orders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market analysis to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the concrete, precast, or construction material industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Jakarta construction market and infrastructure development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to read construction blueprints or technical specifications is highly desirable.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
