We're seeking passionate individuals who can pitch exclusive corporate solutions to executives and scale our unique Flores origin story. This role combines strategic sales expertise with creative marketing to position Roast Lab as the preferred coffee partner for businesses. You'll develop new client relationships, design tailored corporate packages, and showcase our exceptional single-origin coffees through compelling storytelling. - Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting corporate clients and executive decision-makers
- Design and present premium corporate coffee solutions tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business accounts
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling brand narratives for Flores origin coffees
- Track sales metrics and identify growth opportunities in corporate markets
- Represent Roast Lab at industry events and trade shows
- Provide market feedback to refine product offerings and pricing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate account management
- Strong understanding of premium specialty coffee markets and trends
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders
- Ability to craft compelling brand stories and value propositions
- Experience in developing corporate gifting or premium service packages
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
