- Provide exceptional customer service at the counter to maximize sales opportunities
- Actively promote and sell products/services to walk-in customers
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining a clean, organized counter environment

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Kualifikasi
- Indonesian citizen with valid KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
