Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts within the semiconductor and manufacturing industries to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively articulating product value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to provide customized technical solutions based on client-specific manufacturing requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine marketing strategies and identify new business leads.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, quotations, and commercial proposals in alignment with company pricing policies.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, networking events, and industry seminars to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to bridge technical product specifications with client business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet clients and support regional marketing initiatives.
