Gamatronic Catudaya is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Engineer specializing in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to join our growing team. With over a decade of experience as a distributor of premium UPS and battery solutions from leading European and Asian brands, we're committed to delivering reliable power protection solutions to our clients across Indonesia.
In this role, you'll be at the intersection of technical expertise and sales excellence, leveraging your engineering background to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop marketing strategies, create compelling technical presentations, and provide pre-sales support to ensure our clients receive the optimal power protection solutions for their specific requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for UPS and battery solutions
- Provide technical product knowledge and support to the sales team and clients
- Create compelling technical presentations and product documentation
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical sales roles
- Strong understanding of UPS systems, power electronics, and battery technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Experience creating technical documentation and product presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM systems
