Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the plastic manufacturing and distribution sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales goals.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
