In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients and nurturing long-term relationships with existing accounts. You will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and generate high-quality leads. Your insights from market analysis will inform our product offerings and sales tactics, ensuring we remain competitive and responsive to industry trends. You will collaborate closely with the management team to refine our sales tactics and marketing approach, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary of RM 6,667 – RM 10,000 per month, performance-based bonuses, and flexible working arrangements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the paper, packaging, and printing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content creation, trade shows, and promotional materials.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver powerful sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals profitably while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to management using CRM tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, ideally within the paper, packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPI targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation for client visits across Selangor and Klang Valley.
