Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or marketing role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
