Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and event attendance.
- Conduct high-quality face-to-face engagements with potential clients and event stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our event offerings to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions to optimize campaign performance.
- Assist in the coordination and on-site management of various events and promotional activities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets set by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; we prioritize attitude and potential over extensive experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
