Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage end-to-end customer interactions, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads and conduct proactive outreach to potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Prepare and present professional sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness and lead generation.
- Resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong goal-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is considered a significant advantage.
