Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and market expansion.
- Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of potential clients within the Batu Pahat region.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to explain financial products and credit solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a distinct advantage.
- Possess a valid motorcycle/car driving license and own personal transport.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Batu Pahat area for client visits.
