- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base through effective networking
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling promotional materials
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
