Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, digital marketing, and showroom foot traffic.
- Provide expert product consultations to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to reflect the brand's quality standards.
- Report on sales activities, lead conversions, and market insights to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using social media and digital platforms for marketing purposes.
- High self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and resilience.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and own transportation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
