Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Plan, manage, and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify areas of growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, or a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of modern sales principles and marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and consistently target-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the Klang/Port Klang area for client meetings and events.
