Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client network in Jakarta region
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive activities
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing team to design promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG or food industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Advanced negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
