As the Sales & Marketing Executive, you will serve as the bridge between our products/services and our target market. Your daily activities will involve a mix of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and client management. You will be tasked with crafting compelling marketing messages, managing our digital footprint, and converting leads into loyal customers. We value creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and market share.
- Manage and grow social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community interaction.
- Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to optimize conversion rates and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and track performance against KPIs on a regular basis.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing collateral, brochures, and digital assets.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic analytics tools.
