In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, building meaningful relationships with industrial clients and helping them navigate environmental compliance and sustainability standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base in the industrial environmental sector.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Consult with industrial clients to understand their training and consultancy needs regarding environmental compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and digital marketing content.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on local environmental regulations and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the industrial or consultancy sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical services into value-driven solutions.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for client visits.
  • Prior knowledge of industrial safety or environmental regulatory standards is highly desirable.
