Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage client relationships and provide personalized consultation services
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital/physical)
- Conduct market research to identify emerging floral trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with design team to create seasonal promotional materials
- Organize in-store events and floral workshops to drive foot traffic
- Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed analytics reports
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal product availability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales/marketing (floral industry preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Creative mindset with ability to develop innovative campaigns
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
