- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service excellence
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential client segments
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals aligned with client logistics requirements
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Track sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve quarterly targets
- Represent K-Line Logistics at industry events and trade shows to expand market presence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to handle complex logistics solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages preferred
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness for local client visits
