Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential clients within the architectural and construction sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for Aluminium and Glass projects.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales contracts while ensuring all terms are aligned with company policies.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation and client meetings to final contract negotiation and closing.
  • Coordinate closely with the production and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, recording all client interactions, quotes, and follow-ups.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and expand the customer base.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with Aluminium, Glass, or Construction materials.
  • Strong product knowledge of building materials and a good understanding of architectural applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence client decisions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid Driver’s License and own transport are required for site visits and client meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
