Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and promotional activities to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads in the electronics sector.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and proposals for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, contracts, and technical documentation.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing executive role within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
