Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for engineering services.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and leads within the local market.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering technical team to accurately communicate service offerings and value propositions.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and marketing collateral to support management decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the engineering, construction, or industrial sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Sabah for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
