Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the garment and textile sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the company’s client base.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote garment products.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective buyers.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to management to track progress against targets.
- Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the garment, textile, or fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively and professionally.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal communication).
