Jipang Group of Companies is seeking a high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Pasay City. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our hotel and banquet operations, responsible for driving revenue through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and innovative marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, securing event bookings, and ensuring our hotel properties remain the premier choice for corporate clients and social events. You will work closely with our leadership team to execute sales strategies that maximize occupancy and banquet revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase hotel room occupancy and banquet event bookings.
- Actively prospect and acquire new corporate, social, and government accounts through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, from initial inquiry and site inspections to contract negotiation and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management review.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and high client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue-generating opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in hotel sales, banquet sales, or event marketing within the Philippines.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to build and maintain a professional network within the tourism and events industry.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and hotel management/CRM software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
