In this position, you will be responsible for driving business growth while bringing our marine technology solutions to life through compelling social media content and direct client engagement. We are looking for an individual who is not only results-oriented in sales but also possesses a creative flair for digital marketing, helping us establish a stronger brand presence in the local and regional marine electronics market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our customer base for marine electronic systems.
- Create and manage engaging social media content that highlights product features, technical benefits, and industry trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local maritime sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical insights to potential customers to facilitate the sales process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our marketing and sales approach.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide reports to senior management on growth progress.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the electronics or marine industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation tactics.
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for marine technology or the maritime lifestyle is a significant advantage.
