BHD. is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Bukit Mertajam. As a key player in our expansion, you will be the bridge between our premium roasts and the local coffee community.

We are seeking a high-energy individual who understands market trends, excels at building long-term client relationships, and is eager to champion our brand. Whether you are engaging with cafes, retailers, or wholesale partners, your goal will be to drive sales growth while maintaining the integrity and quality that define Sang Kancil Roastery. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share in the specialty coffee segment.
  • Proactively identify and approach potential B2B clients, including cafes, restaurants, and retail outlets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and sample distribution to contract closing and account management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate local promotions, social media campaigns, and brand events.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to refine our product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and consistent product quality.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, ideally within the F&B or coffee industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
  • A genuine passion for coffee culture and a willingness to learn about roasting profiles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage).
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and hit monthly sales targets.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and own transport to travel within the Penang region.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for managing client databases.
