Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for electrical equipment products
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base in Jakarta region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and retail partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches
- Provide technical product knowledge to clients and resolve inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably electrical equipment industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
- Knowledge of electrical codes and industry standards is advantageous
