JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward through innovative sales strategies and targeted marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our premium flooring solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Represent the company at trade shows and community events to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the retail or home improvement industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Must be willing to work in Kawit, Cavite.
