L' Fisher Hotel, a premier hotel in Bacolod City, is seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our revenue-driving initiatives and elevate our brand presence in the competitive tourism market of Negros Occidental.
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the hotel's goals. You will oversee all aspects of our marketing effortsâfrom digital campaigns and social media engagement to traditional advertising and public relationsâwhile also driving direct sales through corporate accounts, travel agents, and event partnerships. Your expertise will directly contribute to achieving and exceeding our budgeted revenue targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel revenue and market share.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Manage the department budget, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and hotel property management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Familiarity with the Bacolod and Negros Occidental tourism market is an advantage.
