Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue from industrial racks and mezzanine systems.
- Conduct on-site surveys and feasibility studies to accurately assess client storage requirements and layout constraints.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to customize solutions that meet specific client specifications.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and ensure accurate, up-to-date data entry in the CRM system.
- Promote BSM's brand through targeted marketing initiatives, industry networking events, and trade shows.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical presentations to win new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the engineering, construction, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial storage systems, including pallet racks, cantilever racks, and mezzanine structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct site surveys and provide technical evaluations to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
